About Sonakshi
I have been refreshing and rebooting my system repeatedly, with the same dreams but a deeper purpose each time.
Hey, I am Sonakshi.
I am a free spirit at Bhavakala. I am an artist, creator, and full-time learner of this school of life.
I was born in 2000 and brought up in the city of Nawabs Lucknow, from where I completed my schooling, got trained in Fine Arts, Classical Dance –
Kathak and Classical Music.
In the past two years I have moved 9 times and in 3 cities,
I have lived in the mountains and also worked in the Fashion Industry as a professional model.
Currently Based in New Delhi, India.
Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication.
Over and above I was chasing my passion for art, music, dance, and travel. But life had its course for preparing me for all that I
dreamt off.
I have been a survivor of Sexual assault at the ages 6-7 & 14 and at 19.
My journey with arts has been the longest and deepest one… the journey of healing.
Within and without and after around 15 long years of doing just that, I have always dreamt of taking it on another level…
And so bhavkala came to fruition.
I have curated the website personally working for more than a year continuously planning and designing the website from scratch.
SO bhavkala isn’t just about me and my journey, but
the healing of art & wisdom of the soul.
that has saved me, developed me, and brought me closer to the divine, and
I wish to make it a journey for every child of Mother Divine who has gone through the pain of life.
